Ed Wade Painting recently completed a large condo walkway painting project at the Trade Winds condo complex in Orange Beach, AL. The work involved refreshing all exterior walkways throughout the property so residents and visitors could enjoy a cleaner and safer path around the building.
Before painting began, the entire walkway system was pressure-washed to remove dirt, salt buildup, and surface debris that naturally collect in coastal areas. Our team also caulked gaps and joints that needed attention. After prep was finished, we applied durable INSL-X paint designed to handle outdoor traffic and weather exposure.
